In today’s episode of The Plant Trainers Podcast we talk to John Pierre, a nutrition and fitness consultant who has devoted more than a quarter century to helping and improving the lives of others. His expertise is in the areas of geriatrics, nutrition, fitness, women’s empowerment, green living, and cognitive retainment and improvement.

Sometimes JP is referred to as a “Trainer to the Stars”. Probably because he trains celebrities (such as Ellen DeGeneres), rock-stars, and Fortune 500 Executives. JP has a wide range of clientele, including military personnel, hard-core athletes, and many people with diverse backgrounds and fitness levels.

As JP is a pioneer in the area of geriatrics, we take advantage of the conversation to talk about aging.
