In today’s episode of The Plant Trainers Podcast, we talk all about pressure cookers and spicing up your life with The Veggie Queen, Jill Nussinow. If anyone knows pressure cookers it’s Jill. She is a top-notch cooking teacher who has used all different types of pressure cookers in her day. She helps us navigate all the vocab from crockpot to pressure cooker to electric pressure cooker. It was a ton of fun learning about all the abilities and buttons on an electric pressure cooker and what types of dishes it can actually make.

And if you’re worried about what is happening to the nutrients of your food, you can find all the answers right here. Since Jill will be coming out with her own spice line in the near future, we talked about…spices! So if you are wondering if quality counts, if they expire, and which ones to consume daily then you’ll enjoy this show even more!

We’d really appreciate if you shared this episode with anyone who does already or wants to cook with a pressure cooker and who loves spices. Don’t forget to tag @veggiequeen1 and @planttrainers in your electric pressure cooker meals Instagram.
