Today’s plant-based journey comes from Olivier Mankondo, a speaker, author, weight loss, and wellness coach with a passion for self-help books. He empowers people with the knowledge of plant-based nutrition so that they can make good dietary and lifestyle choices. Throughout his talks, he has been able to inspire and change a lot of people. On a side note, Olivier can speak 4 languages including French. He is the author of the book: The Plant-based Nutrition: How It’s Going To Change Your Life.
