Main Street Vegan & Living A Vegan Lifestyle with Victoria Moran – PTP185

Play

In today’s episode of The Plant Trainers Podcast we talk to Victoria Moran about living a vegan lifestyle and Main Street Vegan. We discuss the definition of vegan which is possibly more encouraging than you may think. While looking at the development the vegan and plant-based world has made over the last 30 years we see a very big opportunity for a better planet with even more compassionate dietary and lifestyle vegans in the future. The more we expose our children to a life of compassion and plants, the better lives they will live later on. We love Victoria’s tips for becoming vegan and suggest you take the movie weekend advice no matter what stage you’re at!

For those of you who don’t know Victoria Moran, she is a vegan of over three decades, an obesity survivor, and the current female winner of “Peta’s Sexiest Vegan Over 50.” Listed by VegNews among the Top 10 Living Vegetarian Authors, she’s written twelve books, including The Love-Powered Diet, The Good Karma Diet, and the iconic Main Street Vegan. Victoria was featured twice on Oprah; she hosts the award-winning Main Street Vegan podcast; and directs Main Street Vegan Academy, the exciting in-person program in NYC that trains and certifies Vegan Lifestyle Coaches and Educators. She is also the producer of Thomas Jackson’s upcoming documentary, The Compassion Project, introducing veganism to people of faith.
