In this episode of The Plant Trainers Podcast, we talk with Darin Olien about superfoods and of course the famous Netflix docu-series called “Down to Earth with Zac Efron”. It was a real treat having some deep conversations with Darin about the supplement industry, toxicity in our foods, and of course everyday superfoods. We asked a lot of questions about what built up towards creating Down To Earth as well as what may be next. We do cover the devastating fires that took Darin’s home and burned down the trees on his land, and discussed if there is something we can do to prevent these fires in the future.
