This gluten-free peanut butter sauce recipe can be used as a marinade, dipping sauce or as a pasta sauce. It’s easy to make and really quick.
2 cloves of garlic, minced
1/2 cup smooth peanut butter (or nut butter of your choice)
3tbsp. Tamari sauce
1/4 cup sugar
2tbsp. rice vinegar
1tsp. minced ginger
6 drops Tobasco sauce
2tsp. sesame oil
1/4 cup cold water
Combine all the ingredients and blend until smooth. If it’s too thick you can add a few drops of water.
