In this episode of Hey Plant Trainers, we answer the 5th and last question in our series from April in New Zealand. Here we give 5 Tips for newly vegan girls. Girls just want to have fun, and I think that is exactly what they should do. Girls should feel empowered to make decisions for themselves and explore how fruits, veggies, grains, nuts and seeds make them feel. With the proper guidance and support, girls are able to learn young how to care for their body, mind and spirit in a healthy way that allows them to thrive. If you have a problem with that, I encourage you to take that up with our 6 year old vegan girl! Oh and by the way…this applies to newly vegan girls and newly vegan boys as well!
