In today’s episode of The Plant Trainers Podcast we talk to Jonathan Chant a registered kinesiologist and owner of Fitness For Freedom. His company specializes in making exercise convenient by going to people’s homes to coach and teach them how to exercise and live in a healthier way. In the last 10 years of being a coach he has realized that most people know enough about fitness, but nothing about changing habits in a sustainable way. So his company specializes in working with people to not only to deliver great fitness programming but also nudge them to make healthier choices the other 166 hours of the week.  

Jonathan’s method for making change is quite simple, but has a strong impact. We take some time to talk about changing habits and then we launch into Jonathan’s successes and struggles with becoming 100% plant-based. Jonathan is experiencing the same pushback from his wife as we see with many of our clients and their spouses. Find out the tips we leave him with by the end of the show.
