Our health is the foundation to everything that we do and therefore our health is important for so many reasons. So how do we know if we’re healthy? Well one way is to visit your doctor for a general health check-up and get an annual physical. Getting your blood tested is a great way to see if your numbers fall within the norm of society. That being said, we do need to remember that everyone is different and the numbers we look at can be off at times. Although generally speaking, blood tests are a very good way to find out if you’re low or high on certain health markers. Today’s question focuses on exactly this topic.
