In today’s episode of The Plant Trainers Podcast, we revisit one of our classics with our friends Dr Garth Davis and Sid Garza-Hillman. We had a blast when we sat down for Deep Conversations with Sid Garza-Hillman and Dr. Garth Davis for a regular everyday conversation we had one night after a day of presenting at a health conference. We had no idea where it was going to go and we ended up talking about the Paleo lifestyle, Protein and having purpose. We hope you feel like you are there with us in that dinning room.
