In today’s episode of The Plant Trainers Podcast, we revisit one of our classics with our friends Dr Garth Davis and Sid Garza-Hillman. We had no idea where it was going to go and we ended up talking about the Paleo lifestyle, Protein and having purpose. We hope you feel like you are there with us in that dinning room.
