Everywhere you turn it seems that there are blogs and posters telling you to drink lemon water everyday. This is something The Plant Trainers have been talking about for years. Finally, it is starting to catch on! I do not think it is good enough to do something, like drink lemon water, just because everyone is doing it or because someone told you it was good for you. So in this episode, I talk about some of the benefits and how much lemon you should actually be using in your lemon water. Make sure to add lemons to your shopping list for your next trip to the store!

Randi Asks: “Hey Plant Trainers, I have started drinking lemon water in the morning. How much lemon and water should I be measuring out?”
