In this episode of The Plant Trainers Podcast, we talk with Margot Freitag about how a plant-based diet healed her asthma as well as her seasonal allergies. Even more importantly, she was able to heal her son’s asthmatic issues too which is a huge relief for any mother. You’ll also hear about ways to kick the cheese habits and how to adopt a brand new mindset.

Margot is certified in plant-based nutrition and is a coach and consultant. Dietary and lifestyle choices are the largest contributing factors to our current health crisis and she’s on a mission to help people set the stage for a life of vitality and vibrancy.
