In today’s episode of The Plant Trainers Podcast we air Part 2 of our chat with Bad Henning, certified clinical hypnotherapist. If you didn’t listen to Part 1, go back to PTP101 and make sure to catch up. Last week you got some of the history of how Brad got involved in hypnotherapy and how it relates to the Martial Arts. And if you remember, Adam is actually under hypnosis during this episode. He can hear everything and talk freely with the exception of one word. The reason he is so quiet is because he’s so relaxed and just enjoying the situation. He does take on more of the podcaster’s role in Part 2, where we pick up more on the anchoring technique and you’ll get some other great tips to help enhance your athletic performance or even get starting with your training through the use of hypnotherapy.

In this episode we discuss:

  • Anchors
  • Rituals
  • Pain relief
  • Motivation
  • Circle of excellence
  • More in Part 1
