Running in the cold outdoors can be dangerous, especially if you’re not prepared for it. Running and walking are great forms of exercise and actually getting our bodies moving is super important. With the increase of childhood obesity, we need to find more ways to get everyone moving. We can’t afford to allow the weather to stop us. Yes we can run indoors, but what about running in the cold outside during the winter? That’s what this episode focuses on.
