In this episode of The Plant Trainers Podcast, we talk with Ella Magers all about overcoming burnout and learning to heal. Ella discusses her story of hitting total burnout in 2022, traveling to Peru for healing through plant-medicine. By rebuilding her ego, identity, working with a tantra coach, she healed through the creation of 99Thrive. 99Thrive is the plant-based world’s platform for all things wellness and we are thrilled to be founding teachers. You can access the platform by clicking here.
An animal lover since birth and a dedicated vegan since the age of 15, Ella Magers is on a mission to transform the health and wellness industry from the inside out. As the founder of Sexy Fit Vegan, she has built an audience that stretches across the globe. Her work as a speaker, author, podcast host and coach gives people the tools they need to heal and empower themselves in a world that challenges them at every turn. Ella’s desire to revolutionize our mindsets around eating, weight, and fitness is wholehearted and flows from a deeply personal place.
Ella recently launched a new podcast and created an online community called 99Thrive, a place where humans come to rise and thrive together from a place of profound curiosity, fierce compassion, and deep connection. Ella is also on the board of Hogs & Kisses Farm Sanctuary and spends as much time snuggling with her 16-year old rescue chihuahua, Shye, as possible.
