I learned a lot from the conversation with Dr. Caldwell Esselstyn. It is amazing how a plant based diet could fully prevent any cardiovascular disease. Many people do not know the effects of the very foods they are putting in their bodies. I enjoyed the podcast very much and learned very interesting and important facts about nutrition and heart disease! Thank you Dr. Caldwell Esselstyn!

I enjoyed Adam’s and Shoshana’s questions to Dr. Caldwell Esselstyn and his answers as well. I do believe that becoming plant based can change someone’s life and allow an individual to perform better (as it was proven by Adam himself).

    Thank you!
