On today’s episode of The Plant Trainers Podcast we skip the “Hey Plant Trainers” question and feature the amazing takeaways from some attendees at HealthFest in Marshall, Texas. Not everyone gets the opportunity to travel and hear experts in the field and be surrounded with like minded people. So we went around recording people’s big takeaways from the weekend, hoping you’ll be able to be inspired by them.

We also share some of our thoughts about how we have grown over the weekend and what to do if your are needing just a little more guidance after this weekend. All the speakers were amazing and had so much to offer for people who are just starting on the journey or are looking for that’s next step in their overall health and fitness. A shout out goes to everyone who was brave enough to to say yes this weekend to being reordered and sharing their takeaways from HealthFest.
