In this episode of The Plant Trainers Podcast we talk to Dr. Celia Campoli who is a wellness-based, family chiropractor in Vaughan, ON. She is a graduate of Parker College of Chiropractic in Dallas, TX., and is both Canadian and American board certified. Dr. Celia takes a special interest in chiropractic care for women (both pregnant and not) as well as for infants and children. She is also an assistant teacher with Minardi Education, helping doctors and students improve their understanding and certainty of the biomechanics and neurology behind chiropractics and the function of the nerve system.

We had a great discussion with Dr. Celia covering the basics, dispelling some of the myths and providing the benefits of seeing a chiropractor. Dr. Celia also leaves us with some great actionable tips that you can do today in your own home to help improve your quality of life.
