So the time has come again…
Training for the marathon is just around the corner.

Here is the training schedule:
18 week Marathon Training starts – the week of January 10th
12 week Half-Marathon training starts – the week of February 21st
8 week 5k or 10k training starts – the week of March 21st

Target date – May 15th – the Mississauga Marathon
