She has spent 15 years helping 1,000’s of individuals sculpt a body and life they love and over the past 4-5 years has focused on Vegan Health Coaching as one of the most powerful ways to advocate for the animals, to be fit, strong, healthy, and happy. Kate is qualified as a Master Personal Trainer, Life Coach, NLP Practitioner, and has also completed the eCornell Plant-Based Nutrition Certificate program.
