What a great podcast! This episode really resinated with me, even though I am not a picky eater, because this taught me how I can get friends and family members into food they would not normally eat. My mother has never had a problem feeding me the foods she cooked for that I was a big child. I would eat anything the cat dragged in (I am not referring to my mom as a cat)! The bizarre Russian dishes my mom put together from her home land, Baku, would not get the young eye wondering, but my sister, on the other hand, has always had a problem with something her food. This was strange for me because, again, I was never a picky eater. This taught me that you do not have to cancel out foods that you don’t like entirely from your diet, but you could find ways to make the food differently or incorporate it into dishes you do like. I love the technique of making cauliflower look like rice, it sounds very appetizing, and probably appealing to the eye for people like my sister.
My sister would in fact love to try it, how about that! You guys rock!
I don’t know about the rest of y’all, but Ill be listening to the Plant Trainers more often because you could never learn too much!

Eating in a “rice” form is awesome and a great way to get it in!
      Thanks for the positive feedback!
