Filled with amazing benefits for the body. But the term has “bean” used as a marketing tool to get your attention. Just because an item on the shelf has superfood written all over it, doesn’t mean it’s a winner for your health. On top of that, many people think they can’t go plant-based because it will just cost too much to keep their pantry stocked with exotic and rare seeds and powders. We don’t give a “guac” what other people say, superfoods can be cheap and readily available in your regular grocery stores.
