In this episode of The Plant Trainers Podcast, we talk with the vegan runner Daniel Puth all about the lifestyle as a vegan runner. Daniel is a force to be reckoned with on the course and in life. When he sets his mind to something, he does it. He talks to us about his transition to a plant-based lifestyle, transition to running and how you can get started today.

Daniel Puth is 40 years old and immigrated from Germany to Toronto, Canada 8 years ago. After sustaining injuries from soccer, he moved to running and found a new passion for running and endurance sport. He developed a huge interest in fitness and a healthy lifestyle through diet and activities. He started Vegan Running just before his first successful vegan marathon to build, assist and expand the vegan running community as well as exchange experiences. His passion is to run mid and long distances and perform them being plant based. It will be his honor to wear a vegan running singlet in the 2024 Boston Marathon with the long goal to run a new personal best at the age of 42.
