This is a short post…pretty much just a list.  So much power is provided by waking up early.  Some of the greatest minds that have ever lived practiced the art of how to get up early.

But why?

“Get up early” may mean different things to different people.  For me, some days it means 4:30am while other days it means 5:30am or 6am.  It always depends on what I’ll be doing.

Morning is a time when all things begin to wake.  It’s the perfect time to get up early and reset the mind, body and soul.  One of the main reasons I get up early is so most of my exercise and training is done so I can spend the rest of the day with my family.

Here is a list of reasons for you to get up early and make this a habit that is a true game changer and can impact your life in a way that you’ll never know until you try it!  That being said, don’t go from waking up at 8am to all of the sudden getting up at 5am!

Take it slow and make small time adjustments.  You’ll be happy you did it in the long run.

This is your time – Time to be alone and enjoy your true self.

Set goals for the day – Make them small…things you want to achieve, today.

Learn – Read an article that you’ve been meaning to read or search for a new one.

Eat breakfast – A super important meal, that is often missed.  Enjoy your coffee or tea.

Meditate – Use this time to become one with your breath.

Exercise – Too many people say they don’t have time during the day…here you go!

No one on the road – Get to school or work without wasting your time and frustration sitting in traffic.

Appreciate what you have – Feel true gratitude, choose someone to show appreciation for today.

Become disciplined – It may not be easy to get up early, but it builds character.

Enjoy the sunrise – it’s quiet time, birds are chirping and the sun is rising…so awesome!
