Many parents, myself included, introduced their kids to healthy snacks and unhealthy snacks that they wish they never had. Chips, cookies and candy is so much more appealing with their toxic food dyes and oodles of sugar. We think it’s cute to give them their first ice cream cone, and let’s face it – it is, but then they are hooked! Uh oh!
