In today’s episode we interview Justin Booth from Giddy Yoyo. Justin, formally from the financial industry, has now gone full throttle within the health food industry. After having what he considers a near death experience due to battles with substance abuse, poor food choices, and negative work environments, he found himself sitting in a hospital diagnosed with 2nd stage kidney failure, jaundice, extreme anxiety and depression. He is now extremely healthy, incredibly positive, and is one of the many dedicated, passionate staff members at Giddy Yoyo.

Giddy Yoyo foods are not the same as other certified organic or fair trade products. While their goods are always organic or wild harvested, direct and fairly traded, there are additional attributes that make their products unique. Giddy Yoyo foods are the highest quality most nutrient dense foods available; nourished by mineral-rich soil, fresh water and grown in healthy remote environments. Their products are untouched by genetically modified organisms, the practice of hybridization, and chemical solvents and metals regularly used in the practice of bringing foods to market. Justin helps us understand what all this really means for the environment and for ourselves.
