In today’s episode of The Plant Trainers Podcast we party like it’s 1999. No just kidding. Adam got cute and named this episode Old MacDonald had a Vegan Party. Mainly because there should not be farms making animals for human consumption and old barns should be used to have a big O’l Vegan Party.

We talk about our 21 Day Vegan Party which is a program for individuals who are committed to 21 days of plant foods: fruits, veggies, grains, nuts seeds, beans, legumes and processed vegan food if they choose. We talk more about that during the show.

Overall we address the reasons people would and should consider a plant-based diet and what research is showing can happen in the body in less than 21 days. We talk about the stakes of not taking care of your body and some signs and symptoms that tell you that you may need to change things up.
