Here’s our plant-based wellness guide. Knowing what to eat in a day and how to keep yourself healthy can be daunting. And while we know that not every day will be perfect, many people prefer getting a visual and numerical outline to know more about what they should eat. While this is a guide for ourselves and many of our clients, you need to understand that everyBODY is different. For some, it may need to change. The key is amazing cellular health, and some people will need more support to get there.

Let’s be honest here, we’re not putting a limit on your veggies and fruits. Make sure half your plate is filled with veggies at every meal. If you’re hungry in the afternoon, don’t worry about getting in an extra fruit (like chowing down on an apple). The key here is not to be reductionist, but make you understand all the great whole foods we need to consume to get the macro AND micronutrients needed to thrive.

Of course, if everything is going well with the way you manage your plant-based lifestyle now, then don’t fix what’s not broke. But maybe there is room for more physical or mental fitness or another aspect of your wellness.

What can you do?

Talking about fitness is often something left out of people’s daily routines. How can you keep your body and mind fit? Make sure you get moving every day. Try to get your heart rate up for at least 20 minutes. Do strength training to help prevent osteoporosis and broken bones as you age. Your mental health is important here too. Maybe meditation is not for you. What activities can you take part in every day to help reduce your stress levels and increase your mental fitness and resilience?

Now, take a good look and tell us, is there anything here you can add into your daily regime?Plant-Based Wellness GuideNot sure where to start, what do do, need support or are worried about your cellular health?
