Instagram post 18054511976621087 💫💫The Things You Carry And Push💫💫

We all carry things.
Some fuel us. Some drain us.
And sometimes, we don’t know the difference until much later.

What you carry matters.
The people. The paths. The choices — in life and in business — they shape you.
One conversation can spark a connection.
A connection can lead to a shift.
And that shift? It can change everything.

We all need people who believe in us.
Who challenge us to grow.
Who see our potential before we do.
Nothing meaningful is built alone — not a career, not a business, not a better self.

Be that person 💙
Push. Be pushed 💙
Support. Be supported 💙
Carry the weight — and the wins — together 💙

Because it’s not just what you carry.
It’s who you’re becoming… and who’s with you.

🤔 Are you pushing, being pushed — or both?
Great leaders do both. Tell us how you’re growing.

Instagram post 17845955490523178 💙Yesterday was our 23rd wedding anniversary.
We were enjoying the day with our children ,in the moment and too busy to post. Lol.
Through ups and downs, sickness, and health, 2 children, 2 dogs, 5 homes, 2 continents, countless travels, time apart for our own work and travel and always enjoying being reunited…wow. There is no one else I’d rather be doing this with.
I can’t wait to see what the next 69 years brings us (biz 120- right?).
💍08/04/02

Fun fact- our first wedding anniversary we spent in two different countries- celebrating with our WCC staff. 🤣🤣

Instagram post 18066150337944001 So yes—
Venice can be chaotic, crowded, and yes, even a little performative at times.
But that’s only the surface. If you stay long enough, come back often enough, and let yourself settle into the rhythm of this floating city, something shifts.

Over 8 visits and probably just shy of 50 days, I stopped navigating Venice like a tourist. I began walking its streets like someone looking for more than just the next perfect photo. I started looking up—at peeling paint and hand-carved cornices, laundry lines swaying above quiet courtyards, and flowers blooming defiantly in chipped terra cotta.
Beauty here isn’t polished—it’s lived in. And so am I.

I formed connections with people who remember my name, my order, my stories.
They taught me how warmth doesn’t need a common language.
I’ve learned more about human nature here than in any classroom—how to read a face, how to listen without assuming, how to offer kindness before judgment. I’ve learned how to grow with people, and not just pass by them.

As someone who struggles with directions and has always felt mildly out of sync with linear thinking, this city has taught me the joy of getting lost. Not just geographically, but mentally and emotionally.
It’s okay to turn the wrong corner here, because sometimes that’s exactly how you find where you were meant to go. And that’s become a metaphor for so much more.

And while Venice has famously never had a queen—not a single monarch in all its centuries of history—by my fifth visit, I was crowned in my own quiet way. Not with jewels, but with familiarity. With knowing where to eat, where to wander, and who to greet with a smile.
With confidence.
With a sense of belonging.

Every alleyway, every hidden bridge, every quiet square has become part of a personal map—one not drawn on paper, but in memory, in confidence, in who I’ve become.

Venice has shown me that getting lost doesn’t mean losing your way- it’s how you begin to find yourself. To see who we are, and who we’re becoming, one step, one stumble, one shimmering reflection at a time.

TYPE VENICE for my little list of must sees. 💙
Instagram post 17904565113086707 4 years later.
Both of us with so much growth.
Doing the best we can.
Enjoying life.
But the lessons I’ve learned in the last 4 years seems to outweigh the 42 before that.
Now I’m not afraid of ageing - I’m afraid of not being myself.

What lessons have you learned.
(That IG won’t b@nn)
Instagram post 18071192476822966 You never know where you’re going to find YOUR PEOPLE.
The ones who truly get you.
The ones who remind you of who you are AND who you’re becoming.

Eight years ago, I was sick. I could barely take care of my family, and working felt impossible. And then, in a way I never expected, I found her.

A woman who not only supported my healing but inspired a new path forward.

Today, we travel the world together, laugh until we cry, and support other health professionals in helping their clients get faster, more sustainable results.

Two former educators—no longer teaching in classrooms, but now teaching around the globe in our own powerful way.

💙 @avivagoreshnik
Our lives look nothing like they did back then. And honestly? I wouldn’t have it any other way.

If you’re a health practitioner or someone who is really passionate about holistic healing, and who knows there’s MORE—more healing, more alignment, more impact—reach out.
We’d love to walk alongside you. 🌍💫
