Instagram post 18077419516828285 Mini Putt Life Lessons ⛳️👨‍👩‍👧‍👦

Just went mini putting with the fam and somehow ended up with a few golden life and biz lessons. Because apparently, wisdom hides in windmills and bumpy green carpets…

🏌️‍♀️ Keep it simple.
Every time I tried to get fancy… yeah, it did not work out. The basic, boring shots were the ones that actually got the ball in the hole. A little creativity? Yes. Reinventing the wheel? No thanks.

💙 Try again (and again).
The second or third try was always better. So if it doesn’t click right away—whether it’s a putt or a pitch—don’t freak out. You’re just warming up.

💙 Slow and steady wins... the putter?
Spoiler: I did not get a hole-in-one. But small, steady taps got me way closer than wild swings. (Applies to business. Applies to mini golf. Applies to folding laundry, tbh.)

📸 Bonus tip: take off your fanny pack before photos.
You’re welcome for that one. 😂

So yeah, mini putt: 10/10 would recommend for fun and unexpected life coaching.

Instagram post 17983911860804764 🌿 Reimagining the Seder Plate: Ethical & Plant-Based Alternatives 🌿

Passover is a time of renewal, reflection, and liberation. But have you ever thought about whether the symbols on your Seder plate truly align with these values? 🧐

We’ve been having plant based Seder plate for the last 14 years. It’s changed a little bit over the years. Here’s some info.

Traditionally, the egg (beitzah) and shankbone (zeroa) are part of the Seder plate, but history shows that Jewish tradition evolves. This year, let’s honour the spirit of Passover with compassionate, plant-based alternatives:

🥔 Instead of an Egg → Try a peeled potato, white radish, white eggplant, or even a spring flower to symbolize renewal & the cycle of life.

🥕 Instead of a Shankbone → A beet (a Talmudic alternative), a roasted carrot, a mushroom stem, or a sweet potato can beautifully represent strength & sacrifice.

By making mindful choices, we uphold the Jewish values of tza’ar ba’alei chayim (compassion for animals) and tikkun olam (repairing the world). 🌎✨

🔁 Will you be updating your Seder plate this year? Let us know in the comments! ⬇️

Instagram post 18048577895348799 What an amazing weekend in Boston competing, building relationships, and growing as a person.
I’m so happy that I found Catchball. It’s more than just a sport and a way to exercise. It is the full person experience.

🏐In Catchball, you learn that you have no limits and what is possible when you see others succeed beyond your own success.

🏐 In Catchball you challenge yourself not only physically but emotionally and learn to take things for face value, overcoming negative self talk.

🏐 In Catchball, you dare. Dare to catch, dare to throw, dare to slide, dare to sacrifice, dare to be your best self.

🏐 And in Catchball, you learn to accept others for their strengths and for their weaknesses as well as your own strengths and your own weaknesses.

🏐 In Catchball, you are not just a team, but a sisterhood. I’m so grateful for my teammates past and present and all of the competitors that make us not just better people, but better players.

💙💙💙💙
Also pretty grateful they landed the plane on the third try successfully 😬

Instagram post 18115978348450583 **Granola: Healthy or Sugar Bomb?**

Store-bought granola might seem like a healthy choice, but many brands sneak in tons of sugar, syrups, and oils. The good news? Making your own is super easy! Mix oats, nuts, and seeds, bake with a touch of maple syrup, and add dried or fresh fruit for a burst of colour and natural sweetness. Your morning bowl just got a whole lot better!

Instagram post 18267967180255692 I’ve been thinking a lot of the time we spent caring for animals at the animal sanctuary.

The kids learned a lot about leadership and caring for others.

We learned a lot about animals l, their needs and their personalities!

I was even able to use my healing skills with the animals the same way we do humans. After all- we are all animals!

Instagram post 18044650160358000 If there is one thing that I have learned in this life is that helping others brings so many good fortunes.

And part of being able to help others is helping and taking care of yourself.

I would love to hear from you? Are you in the season of taking care of yourself, or taking care of others? I would love to have a 15 minute conversation with you went to one to hear more about it.

Type “ME” in the comments or in the DM‘s to book a one on one with Shoshana.
